Wes watches so many more music videos than I do.  I suppose thats why when I actually see music videos, they are usually about a year old.  Unless of course it was shown to me by Wes himself.  

However, this week at work I have been totally unproductive. Basically me sipping my large jamba juice and watching year old videos on YouTube.  Like this one for example by Let's Buy Happiness.  Singer Sarah Hall's voice reminds me of Angie Hart, singer of 90s band Frente!

Seriously.  I am loving the fact that I am able to see some of my old favorites play live again.  Except of course that it makes me feel hella old.  Just a few months ago I got to rock out to Alkaline Trio when they played at Slims and now I have the chance to see The Promise Ring.  Ohh Davey Ohh Davey don't tell me that you're crazy. 

They are playing 2 shows.  One in Milwalkee February 24th and the other at the Metro in Chicago on February 25th.  Tickets are already on sale and it is expected that more shows are going to be added.  I myself plan on flying out to Chicago to attend the show and I have already purchased my tickets!
